1. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our online store provides a 7-day inspection period. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order through one of the following methods:

2. Important Return & Exchange Information
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, and the item must be returned within the same period. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Please note the following:
- Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials. DAMNARTS reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the original packaging or product is damaged.
- Except in cases of product defects or incorrect shipments due to our error, shipping fees incurred during returns or exchanges (e.g., due to personal preference, size issues, etc.) will not be covered by DAMNARTS.
- For bundle or set products, partial exchanges are not available. Please complete a full return and place a new order if needed.
- Products purchased through other sales channels must be returned through the original point of purchase. DAMNARTS online store is not responsible for returns or exchanges of items not purchased directly from our website.
- Returned items must be shipped using a carrier that provides tracking information. DAMNARTS reserves the right to refuse returns if tracking details cannot be provided.
- Refund processing typically takes approximately 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

- Reason for return or exchange
- Purchaser’s name
- Purchaser’s phone number
Once we receive your request, we will contact you with further return or exchange instructions.
