In-Stock Items :

Orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding the order date and public holidays).

Shipping may be delayed during peak holiday periods or due to force majeure events.

Fundraising Products :

Shipping timelines will follow the schedule announced on the fundraising platform.

Shipping method :

  • Home Delivery (Taiwan main island only)
  • Convenience Store Pickup: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart (available on the main island and outlying islands of Taiwan)
  • International Shipping (EMS)

Delivery days :

  • Home Delivery (Taiwan main island): 1–2 days
  • Convenience Store Pickup (main island): 2–3 days
  • Convenience Store Pickup (outlying islands): 3–5 days
  • International EMS Shipping: approximately 5–7 business days

Actual pickup and delivery dates are subject to the logistics provider’s system. Deliveries may be delayed during consecutive holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.
